Shipping Policy-All orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. As your order is processed you will have an email sent to you thanking you for your order and providing shipping details. Construction Lasers World offers Free Ups Ground Shipping on all orders inside of the United States. However, we do charge a $3.00 per order and $5.00 per item packaging and handling of these optical instruments. For any additional shipping options please contact sales@constructionlasersworld.com or call the numbers listed below.

Product Satifaction Guarantee- Everything sold by Construction Lasers World is tested and Calibrated before it is shipped. We adhere to rigorous quality standards in our testing methods, and test all products prior to shipment. If there is a problem with the unit we will find it, before you get it.

Returns-Construction Lasers World will only honor returns initiated within 14 days of delivery. If customer contacts Construction Lasers World within this 14 day period for return authorization, and the product is returned in "like-new", resaleable condition, shortly thereafter then monies will be refunded. All Returns include a 15% or 50.00 minimum restocking Fee (NO EXCEPTIONS allows for testing and calibration of instruments). If the unit(s) is not in such condition Construction Lasers World will hold all right to use its discretion on refund price. (In other words you pay to fix it if it still looks new and does not work, or we pay you what we feel it can resell for if you damaged it.)
